Refund policy

If you are a consumer you have 14 days to change your mind. If you ask us to start work within that period and we finish it, you lose the right to cancel. If we have started but not finished, we may charge for the work done. [to confirm]

The DIY permit pack is a digital download. Once you have downloaded it, we cannot refund it. [to confirm]

Our fee covers our work, not the outcome. The Environment Agency decides whether to grant a permit, so we do not refund our fee if an application is refused. If we made a mistake, tell us and we will put it right.
