These terms apply when you buy a service from Waste Permit Advisors, the trading name of [to confirm], a sole trader at [to confirm].
What we do
We are an independent consultancy. We advise on which permit or registration fits your work, guide you through the checks you must complete yourself, prepare and submit your application as your agent, and answer questions the Environment Agency raises.
We are not the Environment Agency and we are not connected to it. You can apply directly on gov.uk without using us.
What you do
You must complete the identity check, the criminal record check, the tax check and the competence assessment yourself, or through your nominated person. No consultancy can complete these for you.
You must give us accurate and complete information, and tell us promptly if anything changes.
Fees
Our fees are shown on our services page. We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Environment Agency fees are separate and passed through at cost. Environment Agency fee: to be confirmed.
What we cannot promise
The Environment Agency decides whether to grant a permit. We cannot guarantee the outcome or the time the agency takes.
Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us for the service in question. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it. [to confirm]

Law
